Tofu-Chive Spread
12 oz. firm tofu, drained
Quarter cup snipped fresh chives
2 Tbs. Vegetable oil
1 Tbs. Fresh lemon juice
1 Quarter tsp. salt
In food processor or blender, combine all ingrediants.
Process until smooth. Transfer to storage container, cover
tightly and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze.
